Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers at/below 4'C; Freezers at/below -18'C - Temperature monitoring system in place. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 81.9'C at plate level after final rinse. - Tools in drawers maintained in sanitary condition. - General food storage practice satisfactory. - No evidence of rodent activity observed.
