Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in pail (X1) measured at 0 ppm chlorine concentration with bleach test strip. Operator prepared fresh sanitizer in two pails which measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare bleach sanitizer at a concentration of 200 ppm chlorine in pails with wiping cloths at least every 2-4 hours to adequately sanitize all food contact surfaces, equipment and utensils throughout the day (or as per approved sanitation plan). Verify sanitizer strength with available chlorine test strips.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station at front service area not supplied with liquid soap. Staff placed liquid soap dispenser at the hand washing station during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all hand washing stations adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to ensure staff are washing hands adequately to prevent potential contamination of food.

- All food observed stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- No signs of pests during inspection
