Also, bulk storage areas and bulk dispenser areas need frequent attention to cleaning for maintenance. Corrective Action(s): * Ensure cleaning done more frequently under shelves/pallets in walk-in cooler is required for maintenance. Staff were cleaning these areas during inspection to complete. Clean and maintain bulk food areas too. Violation Score: 3
