Follow up to report # MBEK-CTNSSY. Low temperature dishwasher has been serviced. Sanitizer rinse residual at utensil surface measured 50 to 100 ppm chlorine (minimum required: 50 ppm chlorine). Note: Chlorine and quats sanitizer test strips that are within expiry are now available on site. Ice machine cleaned and sanitized. Small sandwich cooler at 3 degrees C. Probe thermometer available on site.
