Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on March 11, 2022, alleging concerns including the following details:

Care and supervision – Sixteen children were observed to be in care with only one staff supervising when walking back from school pick up.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and documentation.

The following contraventions were cited:

Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR)
- Section 34 (1) – Group sizes and employee to children ratios
- Section 56 (4) – Community care facility records and policies
