Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Missing surface sanitizer in the main kitchen. The manager prepared new sanitizer at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Surface sanitizer must be readily available at all times to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.

Observation: The ventilation hood/exhaust system has not been professional cleaned and due to service, as per service date. The manager stated that cleaning has been scheduled for Monday, July 17, 2023.
Corrective Action(s): Submit a copy of the invoice/service date stamp once the equipment has been professionally cleaned.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CSRSV3:

- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- The side door at the front cashier area kept closed at the time of the inspection.
- Manager submitted March, June 2023 pest control summary reports via email. Please keep all pest control summary reports on site for review by the health inspector.
- Install wall mounted soap dispenser at the main handwashing station in the kitchen. This will be verified.
