Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice cakes and butter were stored in a fridge at 9C. All potentially hazardous foods are moved to other working cooler at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): If the temperature does not drop to 4C or below, call for repair. Do not move potentially hazardous foods back to this fridge until it is able to maintain 4C.

- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available
- Handsink is stocked with liquid soap & paper towels. **Do not put bowls in the handsink basin. This must be used for washing hands only.
- High temp dishwasher reached 71C at plate's surface
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units, except the upright fridge across from the dishwasher, are adequate (4C coolers, -18C freezers)
- Start a temperature log for refrigeration units. This is to ensure that monitoring of temperature is implemented on a daily basis.
- General sanitation is satisfactory
