Bleach sanitizer buckets >100ppm as per test strips -wiping towels maintained in solution when not actively used

Daily Log sheets maintained for fridges and washer

**Maintain the rice scooper in ice water and dishwash every 4 hours

General Sanitation good -*some minor cleaning needed in dishwasher room under shelves
