Premise is currently take out only as directed in the ORDER by the Provincial Health Officer.

Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottles.
200ppm quats dispensed from the chemical dispensing station at the 3 compartment sink. Test strips available for use.
Walk in cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Under the counter cooler at 4 degrees C.
Beverage cooler at 6 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods displayed.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
Permit to operate posted in plain view of the public.
