Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Less than 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside the labelled spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Staff setup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the spray bottle by mixing 1/2 teaspoon household bleach per L of water during the inspection. Ensure 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer is available to properly sanitize surfaces.

Comments

Handwashing station was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towel.
Domestic cooler was at 4 degrees C and it was equipped with a thermometer.
Egg carton was stored on the lowest shelf inside the cooler.
Freezer component temperature was satisfactory.
2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
Staff informed that two loads in the residential dishwasher are conducted per day.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
