Temperature of all coolers and freezers were adequate.
Hot holding was adequate.
Liquid soap and paper towels were present at hand sinks. *do not keep bar soap at washroom sink.
Bleach solution was available for use on work surfaces.
>50ppm noted in the dishwasher after wash cycle.

A few mice droppings noted inside walk in cooler. These may be from previous infestation. Please clean up and monitor. No signs of infestation noted at the rest of the facility during inspection.
Some cleaning of grease build-up required on and around cooking equipment, walls and ceiling tiles.
