On Follow-up: -Fryer is still on the drainboard of the sink, even though the tap is now accessible. However, this poses an electrical hazard with water so close to the hot oil! Relocate the fryer so that it's beside the sink and not sitting directly on top of the drainboard so close to the tap. Otherwise, this issue will have to be referred to the Fire Dept. Please address this issue by July 18.
