Follow up conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CUWSYM)

Findings:
- Prep cooler was found in good working order. Temperature of 1.2C recorded in the bottom compartment and 2.2C recorded in the inserts (top shelf).
- Cooked rice were hot held at 70C
- 200ppm QUATS recorded in the sanitizing pail and dispensing unit.
- Staff stated that they have replaced the QUATS bottle with a new one.
- Staff on duty has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent (Exp May 23, 2027).
- Both handwash sink in the front service area and the back kitchen were accessible to staff. No obstructions noted.
- Stainless steel freezer in the back and reach in freezer in the front have been defrosted. No ice build up observed.
- Staff stated that technician has been scheduled for tomorrow to service stainless steel freezer.
