Operator has added a mini-fridge at the counter across the cooking line -for the sweet and sour pork and wontons -fridge temperature at 2 deg C **place a bar thermometer inside the fridge for daily checking Downstairs storage room -increased lighting available Shelves have been cleaned and appear sanitized -no mouse droppings observed **Ensure you are checking EACH MORNING for any rodent activity and cleaning/sanitizing any droppings observed
