Comments

A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CE2U23 and the following observation were made:
- Grease build up observed on overhead vent ensure to clean DAILY
- Operator (Chef) unaware where the temperature log is. Make sure all staff member knows where the temperature log is and update it on a regular basis.

NOTE: Ensure food is cooled from 60C to 20C in 2 hours and from 20C to 4C in 4h.
NOTE: Under counter cooler not being used at the time of inspection (13C)
