Observation: 1. Observed large bucket of unlabelled corn starch stored next to paint cans in back room.
2. Tub of sealed raw chicken in walk in cooler stored directly on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all food containers are properly labelled and stored in designated food areas. The paint cans may result in chemical contamination of the food (CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION).
2. Ensure all foods are stored on dedicated shelving 15 cm off the floor. Correction required today.

Premise is sanitary.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.

Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available.
Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing.
Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Food is from an approved source.
Equipment in good working order.
Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated hand scoop.
Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers.
Take out containers and utensils are sanitary.
2-compartment sink in use. Quat sanitizer in use at 200 ppm.
Dishwasher final rinse at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate.
Sanitizer in use at 200 ppm Quat in spray bottles and sani buckets.
Chemical test strips available and in use.
Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location.

Holding units:
All coolers at 4C and below. Freezers at -18C and below.
Service holding unit at 60C to 74C.

Recommendations: 2 chest freezer units have minor on the outside but are able to maintain adequate freezing temperatures at -18C and below.
If needed in the future, repair and/or replace unit when they can no longer hold food in a safe and sanitary manner.

Ensure all sanitizer bottles are labelled for their contents including front of house dining area sani bottles.
