Dedicated handsinks all equipped with liquid soap, single use paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition with scoop stored in a clean container.
Dipper well has cold running water and appeared clean.
Gelato display freezer at -14C. This freezer is in frequent use.
Continue to monitor temperature.
Preparation cooler inserts was at 3.8C to 4.2C. Lower section at 2.3 to 3.4C
Beverage cooler at 3.9C. Back upright cooler at 1.9C
High temperature dishwasher measure 72.0C at the plate level.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
No signs of pest at time of inspection.
