Follow up inspection conducted
2 subsequent inspections and service was performed by pest control company on January 5, and January 7, 2019. According to the pest control report dated Jan 5, 2019, potential rodent entry points have been identified in the following areas:
under toaster shelving unit
gap around pipes beside oven
gaps between call and freezer in back
gap under pop machine counter.
Ensure all potential entry points are properly seal to prevent entry of pest.
According to pest report dated Jan 7, 2019, all bait stations have been removed. Additional traps have been placed within the premises and no capture of rodents were noted.
All cleaning has been done within the kitchen and walk-in cooler.

Operator is to maintain a regular service by pest control company to monitor, control, and rectify rodent problem. Ensure all pest records are kept on site. The pest report is to indicate the level of pest activity and actions to rectify the rodent problem.
