209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Comet cleaner was stored next to salt and Lysol was stored next to baking soda. Corrective Action(s): Ensure food items and chemicals are properly separated to prevent potential contamination of foods. Lysol and Comet were stored on the lower shelf with the other cleaning chemicals. Violation Score: 3

-Facility is no longer selling frozen samosas. Facility has no plans to resume processing foods on-site. -Walk-in cooler (dairy) was at 4C. -Chest freezer was at -24C. -Novelty freezers were at -18C. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. -Random selection of foods were within their before dates. -General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection. Old rodent droppings were found under old equipment. Ensure all droppings are removed and affected areas are disinfection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
