Back production area for honey - CFIA registered Hand sink in production area stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Fridge cooler in the back was at -1 deg C. Thermometer installed inside this unit. (All prepackaged chacuterie board for the event will be stored here.) Dishwasher (high temp) reached 73.6 deg C (digital thermometer) / thermolabel changed colour - min. 71 deg C. Sanitizer (quats) available at 200 ppm. Small wine cooler at the tasting area was at 6 deg C. Mop sink available and chemical storage Note: Applied for a temporary event on July 23, 2022 No food preparation - all food are prepackaged from approved premises.
