*Cleaning and organizing required throughout the kitchen especially in storage areas. Remove all clothing and general items not required
for food premises operation. Clean all tables and shelves after removing all items, food containers and equipment. (By April 21, 2018).
* Ensure that all food items used on the premises are obtained from approved sources.
*The tap at the staff washroom sink must be repaired immediately.
