Introduction

An unscheduled follow up inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). The Physical Facility, Children's Records, Attendance Records and Staff Records were inspected for compliance.

No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

2 staff were present during follow up inspection. Contravened items from previous inspection appear to have been addressed. In regards to the servicing of the fire extinguisher,this Licensing Officer recommends that the Licensee attaches the service receipt or require the company that services the extinguisher to attach a service tag to the device for proof of service.
