Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw eggs were stored on a shelf above cooked food products in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Staff rearranged the raw eggs to a lower shelf.
Always store raw meat, including raw eggs below or away from cooked food/ ready-to-eat food or vegetable. Store food in the proper storage hierarchy to prevent potential cross contamination.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washrooms, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food stored protected.
Cooled rice was being reheated in the microwave prior to placing in a preheated rice cooker for hot holding. Cooked rice was being held at 63.0C in the rice cooker when later checked.
Sanitizer container noted with 200 PPM chlorine residual - going forward, make sure this sanitizer container or spray bottle is made right before food preparation so that it is available while you are preparing food.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 76.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Excellent improvement noted on the cleanliness of the facility - no concerns at the time of inspection.
Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 certificate is still valid - expires end of March 2024 - Please renew your FOODSAFE certificate prior to the expiry date.
