Routine inspection:

3 compartment sink with drain board installed in southwest corner. Hot and cold running water available. Operator to tile the backsplash area and cover the exposed bare wood used to fasten the faucet. Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Remove the bar soap. Paper towel dispenser onsite and to be installed.

Ensure all tongs for dispensing samosas, trays, and slurpee machine components are washed, rinsed, sanitized in 100ppm bleach then air dryed on the drain board.

Correction ORDER issued on January 30, 2020 rescinded.

At this time reheating (in microwave) of samosas or sold cold purchased from Diamond Sweets #160 8047 Scott Road, Delta is allowed. At this time, operator not using the hot holding unit. If using the hot holding unit ensure samosas are reheated to over 74 degrees C for at least 15 seconds then placed inside the hot holding unit and kept at or above 60 degrees C.

The preparation/offering of pizza and any other food items is NOT allowed. For food preparation/offering of other items submit the following for review:
- Application form (provided).
- Floor plans showing location of all equipment including a required hand wash sink, finishing of all surfaces, etc.
- Food safety and sanitation plan.
