Both upright coolers now functioning at time of follow up inspection Upright cooler on left side (closest to gymnasium) was at 0 deg C Upright cooler on right side at 2.8 deg C Chest freezer was at -24 deg C Thermometers available for all 3 cold holding units Temperature logs available for all 3 units Sign is up on each cooler indicating that all staff food items are to be labelled; personal food items must not be mixed with any food items for the public as they may be potentially contaminated. No further issues noted at this time. Thank you
