Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Mildew observed on the inside of the ice machine.
2. Four knvies were stored in the crack between the wall and shelving board.
Correction: 1.Clean and sanitize the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch after sanitizing the machine. Ice machine must be cleaned at least every week. Correct by: Immediately.
2. Do not store knives in between cracks. Clean and sanitize the aformentioned knives. Knvies must be stored in a food grade container or proper food-grade knife rack.

Follow-up inspection:
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- No cooling of food observed at the time of inspection.
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Garbage bags not used for food or equipment.
- Rodent dropping had been cleaned up in the dry storage with the dough mixer.
- Some dropping still visible on the glue traps under the shelving units inside the dry storage room near the washroom. These needs to be cleaned up.
- Send the recent pest control report to the Environmental Health Officer after their September inspection.
