General sanitation is satisfactory.
Hand-sinks supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
Walk in cooler at 3.6 C.
Freezer - satisfactory.
High temp dishwasher achieved 76.7 C on rinse cycle at the plate level.
Surface sanitizer spray at 200 ppm Quats.
Storage - organized.
2 -compartment sink - satisfactory.
Staff washroom in sanitary condition and supplied with liquid soap, paper towels;hot/cold running water.
No signs of pests at time of inspection.

Note:
Front display cooler at 10 C at the time of inspection. The operator on site stated that it is used for display only (shelf-stable products). Proper cold storage was been discussed previously by an EHO.
Significant amount of soft butter observed to be at room temperature (back area) - this process must be well timed; or butter must be properly stored (in a cooler =<4 C).
Observed dust and debris on fans in the walk-in cooler (might reduce air flow) - clean it.
