Fan covers in walk-in cooler have heavy accumulation of dust.

Clean fan covers and ensure they are checked regularly for cleanliness. To be corrected by November 23, 2017.

Observation:
Sole staff member at the time of inspection does not have FOODSAFE Level 1 certification. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION FOR THE LAST 3 ROUTINE INSPECTIONS.
Corrective Action(s):
In the operator's absence, at least one staff member must have their FOODSAFE Level 1 certification during operation. Any staff that will be working alone must have their FOODSAFE Level 1 certification. Sign up staff for the next FOODSAFE course and email registration to health inspector. To be corrected by November 24, 2017.

If at any point in the future no staff is found to have FOODSAFE, it will result in an immediate correction order further progressive enforcement including a violation ticket.

Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- All freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Meat slicers cleaned every 3-4 hours and sanitized with bleach.
- Bleach sanitizer in bucket = 200 ppm. Wiping cloth stored in sanitizer solution - good.
- General organization of food storage on shelves is good.
- Overall cleanliness and sanitation good.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- Washroom clean and sink fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
