Follow up inspection conducted to assess flies infestation. The facility is in significantly better sanitary condition. Appropriate pest control remediation has been completed. Report reviewed on site. Baked goods are no longer required to be covered with plastic wrap to protect from flies. Continue monitoring for flies and maintain current sanitary practices to limit attracting flies. Report discussed with the manager on site.
