Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Auto feed quats sanitizer dispenser measured 0 ppm. All the sanitizer spray bottles measured similar result. Observed transprot line empty, but reservoir full. Pushed feed line further into container and vacuum system engaged and sanitizer again dispensed at 200 to 400 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Put system in place that secures the transport line firmly onto the bottom of the quats concentrate container to ensure solution dispenses in a reliable manner. fixed during inspection. Staff will get FMO to punch tight hole in cap or similar to secure tube.

*Note: When verifying rinse cycle, water temperature to plate only needs to reach 71 C/160 F.

General sanitation is good at time of inspection.
Keep an eye on the sanitizer feed tube and verify with test strips on regular basis.
