Follow up inspection: Approval given to open pending other agency approvals All issues have been addressed and rectified except for following: revise food safety plans to include critical steps eg cooking cooling, reheating etc. Update cleaning schedule Organize dishware and food equipment; still requires organization and extra shelving to store all dishware and food equipment. Provide separate tables/prep areas to prep vegetables separately from meat. Final cleaning/sanitization of all food equipment etc. to be done prior to opening. Note: Dishwasher was not heating up to check today, hot water may need adjustments.
