- Sandwich coolers at or below 4'C
- Hot-held display measured above 60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained
- General sanitation is satisfactory during inspection
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher at bakery measured at 74'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottles (X2) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration
- Two 3-compartment sinks are available on site with drain plugs and QUATs sanitizer
- QUATs sanitizer strips are available on site within expiry
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms and hair nets
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- Operating permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
