-Follow-up inspection to August 8, 2017.
-Walk-in cooler has been serviced and foods were probed at 4C. Ensure staff continue to monitor walk-in cooler and immediately contact a service technician if the cooler unit is unable to maintain 4C and relocate the food (if less than 2hrs above 4C) or discard the food (if above 4C for more than 2hrs).
-Conditions of the Public Health Act Correction Order issued on August 8, 2017 have been met - Order is rescinded.
-Operator had a partially used cone of fresh chicken from the previous night in the walk-in cooler. Operator stated the cone is either discarded or taken home for use. At the end of the night any cones of fresh meat must be either 1) shaved up, followed by a secondary cook step, and served 2) shaved up, followed by a secondary cook step, cooled, and reheated for use the next day or 3) discarded. Cone was discarded at the end of the night.
