-hand sinks fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -quats in "3 compartment sink" dispenser at 200ppm, quats in "hard surface sanitizer" dispenser at 100ppm. Speak to Cintas as to why you have two and they are both supposed to be at 200ppm -bleach at 100ppm -general sanitation good -temp logs maintained daily
