Observation: The small storage room in the back area of the establishment had visible mice droppings close to the wall.
Corrective Action(s): These need to be cleaned and the area needs to be sanitized with 100 - 200 ppm chlorine solution. Stick to a regular cleaning schedule to avoid accumulation, and ensure that the traps are being reset and the boxes are being cleaned out.
