-Followup Inspection
-Glasswasher has been repaired and maintains 100ppm chlorine. Test strips are available. Ensure the machine is tested daily. Future non-compliance may result in enforcement action. Inadequate warewashing, which includes a lack of sanitizing cycle, is not acceptable in a food service establishment.
-Bleach buckets available with wiping cloths stored in them. Ensure they are stored at 100ppm chlorine.
