- Foods in the walk in cooler were stored off the ground
- Discussed cleaning/sanitizing frequency for meat equipment that is not operated in refrigerated processing room. Ensure all staff are aware that these equipment are required to be taken a part and washed/sanitized minimum once every 4 hours.
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available at each food handling area. Remind staff to keep reusable wiping cloths stored in the sanitizer when not in use.
- All hand wash stations had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
