Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on March 3, 2022, alleging concerns including the following details:

Care and supervision – A child was found missing/wandering on school grounds.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and documentation.

The following contravention/s were cited:

Observation: The facility Manager has not been replaced after 30 days of absence
Corrective action: A compliance plan is required
