This is a follow-up to report FEMI-APEUUR, carried out on July 19/2017.
The following corrections were noted at the time of inspection:
- Areas under shelving and equipment had significantly fewer droppings present, standing water was removed.
- Dry storage shelves in kitchen were clean.
- Food not kept in cooler was covered to prevent rodents from feeding on it.
- Weather stripping on exterior doors replaced if damaged or missing.
- Pest control company coming this week to perform full assessment, lay more traps.
Please continue to monitor areas where droppings were found (ie, under equipment and shelves), repeat cleaning and bleach sanitizing as needed (1tsp bleach per litre). Also continue to keep foods stored in kitchen covered.
