Routine inspection conducted: - Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. NOTE: Change the soap- squeeze bottle type (middle kitchen sink) to pump type as agreed at the time of the inspection. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; freezers operating at/below -18'C; Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. - Temperature monitoring system in place. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.2'C at the plate level after final rinse. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in spray bottles. - Foods obtained from approved sources. Receipts kept on site. - Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly visit. General sanitation level of the facility had improved again from the last routine inspection. GOOD. Ensure to keep the floors free of food debris to avoid re-attracting pest back to the facility (i.e. floors underneath kitchen prep coolers and front bar).
