Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units at 4C and equipped with thermometers.
Freezer units at -18C.
No hot holding at the time of inspection.
Temperature at plate level for high temperature dishwasher was at 71C. Temperature log maintained at gauge level daily. Temperature should also be monitored at plate level with a memory thermometer at plate.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
Hand washing facilities satisfactory.
Quats dispenser was at 200ppm. Test strips were available.
Sanitation level was satisfactory.
No pest noted.
Temperature logs maintained for cold holding and cooling of foods.
