Production of rations and packaging of water for emergency kits.

Dry ingredients are stored on pallets in warehouse.
Pest control services in place.
Kitchen and water packaging room clean.
2 compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Bleach sanitizer used to disinfect food contact surfaces. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.

Rations:
Ingredients are mixed, baked, cooled, compressed, and packaged.

Water:
Ozonoated water is packaged.

Both shelf stable products are tested after packaging for microbiology/food quality. 5 year shelf lives in place.
