Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory; Hot-holding temperatures satisfactory.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-200ppm QUAT available in a labelled spray bottle and at the automated dispenser at the back.
NOTE: Bucket refilled at the beginning of the inspection. Wiping cloths stored in this bucket.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-Staff on site FoodSafe Level 1 certified.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. Washroom handsinks satisfactory.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.

NOTE: Minor leak observed on pipe above the 3 compartment sink. Staff already aware of the issue and technician called in for service.
