Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Daily health check of staff conducted and documented. NOTE: Update COVID-19 Safety Plan to indicate maximum occupancy. Have sanitizer available for customer use and place hand sanitizer in all self-serve stations (e.g.: napkin dispenser). Erect signage at the front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter and hand sanitizer signs in all self-serve stations (e.g.: napkin dispenser).

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Prep cooler and walk-in cooler met temperature health requirements.
Chlorine sanitizer bucket at the back of house is measured at 200ppm.
3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
No signs of pests observed.
Overall facility is well organized.
