Follow up inspection to review requirements in Correction Order. Work has started to improve cleaning and pest managment. - Some items not needed in kitchen have been removed. - Some holes have been sealed to prevent the entry of pests. - Deep cleaning in storage room has been done and cleaning schedule is posted. 1. Continue to deep clean and regularly clean all areas of kitchen and all storage areas. 2. Licensed pest control required. 3. Daily monitoring for pests is required. Order will be lifted when cleaning and pest control has been maintained. Copy of report to be emailed to operator.
