Three other hand sinks exists in kitchen area and one adjacent to this food preparation area in very close proximity.

NOTE: discussion with Manager and leftover food items. Minimum leftovers occur. Items can not be served as second leftovers. Cooked Food Items are dispensed within one hour and are taken back to kitchen for cooling and repurposing. Procedure reviewed by FHA.
