Observation: No surface sanitizer noted, wiping rags were on counter
Corrective Action(s): Wiping cloths must be stored in proper sanitizer bucket during operation. Provide a bucket of sanitizer beside each food prep area

Observation: Dishwasher is broken, all dishware require to be sanitized
Corrective Action(s): - All dishware/utensils to be manually sanitized by soaking in bleach solution ( 100 ppm- 1Oz in 1 gallon of water) for 2 minutes

Observation: -No designated hand washing in kitchen ( prerp area ) , staff confirmed they are washing hands in washroom
-Hand washing sink in cooking area was occupied with utensils at time of visit

Corrective Action(s): - There must be a designated hand washing sink in back- there are two two compartment sink, on of the two compartment dishwashing sink can be used as a designated hand washing sink- provide paper towel and liquid soap wall mounted at this sink
-Hand washing sink must be accessible for hand washing at all time and no other thing- provide splash guard for both side of this sink- it is too close to foods prep area

Observation: -Mold noted inside ice machine
- Raw meats stored above veg/ready to eat products in two door cooler in cooking area
Corrective Action(s): - Discard ice and clean and sanitize the ice machine
- Store raw meat on lower shelf away from vegetable and ready to eat products

Observation: -Lots of fruit flies and some house flies noted
- Some dropping noted ( among dirt) that appear to be rodent dropping
Corrective Action(s): - Contact a professional pest control to do a full assessment of the facility and provide recommendation and remediation

- Temp of coolers and freezers are satisfactory

** Remove and discard all cardboard boxes used to line shelving in back area
** it appears that the grease trap is full - too much smell- arrange for service

- Once all the above are addressed send a report along with pictures to schedule an opening inspection via email to the area inspector at fatemeh.emami@ fraserhealth,ca
