- All hand sinks (in the front, back kitchen area) supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- All coolers - prep cooler, walk-in cooler, under-counter cooler and sweets cooler (front) at or below 4C.
- Walk-in freezer at -18C.
- Food storage - satisfactory/off the floor and mostly covered/ (Friendly reminder: ensure that all food is covered (eg., at prep.cooler)).
- Fan hood - satisfactory.
- Dishwasher at 50ppm of chlorine residual at dish level during final rinse cycle.
- No evidence of pest activity is noted during inspection.
- Surface sanitizer at 100 ppm of chlorine.
- Customer/staff washrooms supplied with liquid soap and paper towels; hot and cold running water.

The complaint, which has been received on May 10, 2023 has been addressed at the time of inspection.
Details of the complaint: Food item purchased by a complainant on May 9,2023 about 10:18 am - Chana Bhatura. The complainant claimed that after eating (few hours) went sick. The complainant described food - "food was not good/expired".
The operator on site stated that food prepared freshly; and it was no complaints from guests.
