Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 tubs of deep fried prawns and 1 tub of cooked rice was cooling from the previous evening (measured 17C internal at the time of inspection, 11:20 am)
Corrective Action(s): discarded. ensure that all hot potentially hazardous foods are cooled quickly (60C to 20C in 2 hours, then down to 4C in 4 hours)

-in the bottom of the white shelves near the kitchen/bar door

Floors in kitchen will require re-finishing or sealing this year as concrete is exposed in most areas.
