***Label all sanitizer bottles / chemical containers with its contents: "Bleach & Water" or "Sanitizer" (violation noted above)
***Ensure all food contact surfaces are sanitized with sanitizer solution and allowed to air dry. Vinegar is not an approved sanitizer.
***Chlorine based sanitizers (bleach) or QUATS based sanitizers are the only approved sanitizer chemicals to be used in food premises for food contact surfaces. Any other chemicals used for sanitizing must be approved by FHA before use.
